Monday Night English Country Dances

The Baltimore Folk Music Society presents English Country Dancing from 8:00 p.n. to 10:30 p.m. every Monday at St. Mark's on the Hill Parish Hall, 1620 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville MD, (1/2 mile inside the Baltimore Beltway - I-695 - at Exit 20 South). Admission is $9 for members, $13 for non-members. Under 21 and full-time students with ID: $4 members, $6 non-members. Beginners are always welcome. All dances are taught.

English Country Dancing is joyous, lively movement to elegant music in a friendly, informal setting. The figures are simple, and each dance is taught and walked through. New dancers are always welcome. Come alone or with a friend. These events are sponsored in part by a grant from the Maryland State Arts Council.

Please Note

The BFMS Monday night English Country Dance will raise its admission rates to match the other BFMS dances, starting on February 5, 2018. New rates are $9 for members, $13 for nonmembers. Under 21 and full-time students with IDs: $4 members, $6 non-members.
