Discounts at BFMS-sponsored events.
Reciprocity agreements that allow our members to attend events sponsored by the Folklore Society of Greater Washington, and the Annapolis Traditional Dance Society at their member's rates.
Membership in the Society is open to anyone.
The cost for a 1 year membership is $27/year for individuals; $37
for families (2 or more people living at the same address).
You can save money with a multi-year membership:
2 years - $50 individual $71 family
3 years - $69 individual $93 family
Membership dues are tax-deductible.

You may also include your phone number and e-mail address, and indicate activities for which you would like to volunteer . Please tell us if you do not want your name, address, or phone number published in our membership directory. Email addresses are not published, but may be used by the Society to send notices of coming special events.
Not getting anything from BFMS?
BFMS sends notifications to members by email and traditional mail. If you have moved or changed your email address, please contact the BFMS Membership Chair(membership @ bfms.org) or via the Postal address above and update your contact information.
