The Gala New Years Eve English Country Dance
BFMS is pleased to present its annual Gala New Year's Eve English Country Dance on Tuesday, December 31st, 2019, at the Church of the Nativity and Holy Comfortor. Reception is at 6:30 PM and the Dance is 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Ticket Sales are open.

The BFMS MidWinter Ball at the Church of the Reedemer. Galling by Gaye Fifer. Music by The Ripples. Mind Blowing, Gender free Contras in the afternoon. Contra and Couples dancing in the evening. Tickets are on sale now.

Gentle English Country Dance Series Details...
Gentle English" are English country dances from all periods selected to be gentle on the knees, hips, feet, and backs of the dancers. BFMS plans to hold three or four Gentle English dances a year.

2nd Tuesday Song Swap Details...
Like our other song swap at the Four Hour Day Lutherie, this is not an open mic. It's a place for folks to come together and share songs, community, and keep the live singing tradition thriving. We take turns around the circle. There is NO requirement to sing. If you are shy about leading a song, don’t fret…we sing many songs with choruses and your voice will blend in with everyone else’s. Please come prepared with a few songs

The Friendly Coffeehouse Open Mic is a BFMS-sponsored event, taking place on Third Fridays each month at 7 pm. It offers a friendly, supportive atmosphere for acoustic musicians, poets, storytellers and other folkies.
