"Gentle" and otherwise regular English Country Dancing offered this late-summer evening.
8 pm until 1030 pm.
Mike Franch will mix the two types of dances at his discretion, and Emily Aubrey on violin, Steven Epstein on clarinet, and Ben Hobbs, at the piano will provide the music.

Gentle English" are English country dances from all periods selected to be gentle on the knees, hips, feet, and backs of the dancers. BFMS plans to hold three or four Gentle English dances a year.

While we have been getting together on zoom, the 4th Tuesday BFMS songswap has become transcontinental and international with participants from west, farther west, north and northwest across the border and even sometimes across the Atlantic. You can drop in on the zoom and meet (and hear / sing with) some nice folks we 're not likely to meet in person!
