Workshops, classes, concerts and jam sessions for hammered dulcimer, fiddle, and mixed instruments with special guest instructors including hammered dulcimer players Steve Schneider, Tina Bergmann, and Randy Marchany; plus multi-instrumentalists Dave Wiesler and Paul Oorts teaching an English Country Dance music class for all instruments. Ugandan multi-instrumentalist Kinobe (pronounced chi-no-bay) plays and sings beautiful music from is native Africa on the Kora (West African Harp), Akogo (Kalimba), Endongo (Bowed Lire), Endingidi (Tube Fiddle), Adungu (Ugandan Harp), Tama (West African Drum), Ngoni (West African Lute) and Balafon (Wooden Xylophone). With hypnotic rhythmis and gorgeous melodies, this concert is sure to enchant audience members of all ages.The Concert is at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, at 112 N. King Street, Shepherdstown, WV.
