Leroy Thomas hails from Elton LA, but seems at ease wherever he chooses to be. Up and down the west coast and east coast and everywhere in between, audiences welcome Leroy as one of their own. He mastered the button and piano accordions and enjoys keeping the tradition of Louisiana style Zydeco in his music that he refers to as “old-school Zydeco”. Leroy has been described as a throwback to the first generation of Zydeco masters. Leroy Thomas and the Roadrunners have been playing The Barn Theater @CCBC/CC for many years. We can always count on them for a great evening of traditional Zydeco as well a little bluesy touch to some old standards. Welcome back Leroy!
