This dance can be a challenging dance if experienced dancers come or a family friendly dance if families come. The caller is prepared for whatever the dancers desire. This dance is growing, so come and make it into the dance that you want. Pass this onto anyone that you think might want to promote it or attend. Thanks!

July 29 2014 (Member Sponsored) Alan Reid and Janie Meneely Music from the Scottish Shores, and a little from the Chesapeake Bay. Singer/Songwriters Alan Reid, from Scotland, and Bay-born Janie Meneely team up for an evening of sea music inspired by the seascapes they call home. Joining together on harmonies and instrumentation, the two bring their rich store of music as well as a penchant for humor and for telling the story behind the songs. July 30 2014 Square/contra dance Dick Bearman calls to Unbowed - Henry Koretzky (mandolin), Jamie O'Brien (guitar), and Bruce Campbell (bass). This dance will be FREE to all BFMS members.
Come early at 6:00 pm for a Picnic and Jam. Note: this is not a potluck... just bring food for yourself. But, if you want to bring extra to share or put on the snack table during the dance.... no laws against that!
